Prior to eevolve, I worked as Analyst at Wineus, a Swiss investment advisory company. Before that, I was co-founder of a start-up company offering flexible office solutions.

Fostering the potential of promising SMEs and assisting a great team in building a sustainable future is a key driver of my daily inspiration. Prior to eevolve, I was member of the investment team of Findos, a German-based private equity firm focused on small/mid-sized companies. Before that, I worked as manager at PwC’s Transaction Services team.

Prior to eevolve, I was Head HR at a private equity firm focused on mid-sized companies, supporting their investments in all core HR areas. Before that, I was Head HR at Alpiq, Alstom, Schindler, PwC and C&A. As a guest lecturer for Transformational Leadership at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, I value the inspiring exchange with managers.

Prior to eevolve, I worked for 20 years at a private equity firm focused on mid-sized companies. As a partner and member of the management team, I led the investment team and served on the board of numerous companies. I started my career at Arthur Andersen as a consultant in audit and technology risk.

Building sustainable and tangible solutions to complex challenges by means of an inspiring co-creation is a driver of my passion. As a member of the investment team, I focus my activities on the analysis of promising investment opportunities, on supporting due diligence processes and on strengthening our engagement around sustainability.

Prior to eevolve, I was Consultant at Bain & Company, where I helped companies to build sustainable competitive advantage and facilitated the development of commercial due diligence reports for Private Equity funds. Before that, I completed internships in several companies like Google or “Too Good to Go”, in different countries.

Before joining eevolve, I worked at a private equity firm focused on mid-sized companies as a partner and member of the executive board and investment committee. Prior to that, I built Adveq (Schroders Capital) into an institutional and global private equity firm in the role of COO. I started my career at Arthur Andersen and PwC. Leading the Private Equity Chapter of the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association and board responsibilities at Mill Reef Capital and Emerald Technology Ventures offer inspiring synergies.

Head Business Development
Responsibilities
Building long-term and sustainable relationships with successful entrepreneurs and supporting them in the further development of their plans is my passion. As Head Business Development I focus on identifying new partnerships with companies and investors.

Before joining eevolve, I worked for eleven years in leading positions at Swiss Mobiliar, where I built up and led the Corporate M&A and Direct Investments teams. I was also a member of various boards. My professional career started at Accenture as a consultant in the area of Strategy & Financial Services.

Responsibilities
As a member of an entrepreneurial family, I know the challenges of medium-sized companies. In my role as Head of Finance and Services, I strive to optimise the operational platform and processes and to coordinate our service providers. As the first point of contact for investors, my focus is on providing support in a spirit of partnership.

Prior to joining the eevolve team, I worked at Schroders Capital in various roles focusing on valuations and fund management and operations. Before this, I worked in my family's business in an asset management company and at Bank Vontobel.

Prior to joining eevolve, I gained valuable experience as Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners, and before that as Associate Partner at CGS, a mid-market buyout fund in Switzerland, and as a member of the investment team of SchrodersCapital. I am an active board member of Hanesco, a private Swiss consulting firm for industrial companies worldwide.

Before joining eevolve, I led Open Systems for 22 years, growing from a local to a global cybersecurity service provider. The sale to EQT in 2017 enabled Open Systems to strengthen its leading position further. Previously, I led teams in various IT companies in Switzerland and abroad. I consider my work as a board member of several companies as a valuable enrichment of my role at eevolve.

As an entrepreneur, I know that digitisation offers companies great opportunities. I enjoy working with capable teams to explore and implement these opportunities. For me, digitisation always starts with a very good understanding of the needs and experiences of the customers. Only on this basis can a company establish lean and scalable processes. As an Operating Partner, I bring my experience as a CEO and entrepreneur and support the investment team and the companies in all steps of an investment.

Prior to joining eevolve, I built and co-owned, together with a partner, ELPRO, for 14 years, where I was responsible for strategy and marketing before we sold the company to Bosch in 2021. Before that, I led sales and marketing at Envirotainer, steering the company towards growth and profitability.
